REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Bralder. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for digital designs purchased on our platform. By using Bralder, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods in terms of refundability.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Bralder are considered final. Once a digital design has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Refunds will only be granted under limited conditions if the file has not been downloaded, as outlined below.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The purchased digital design is corrupt, defective, or inaccessible, and the Seller is unable to provide a functional replacement.
  • The purchased design does not match the description or preview provided on Bralder in a significant and material way.
  • The file provided is not in the advertised format (e.g., the file is not PSD or AI when it was listed as such).
  • The Seller fails to provide the digital design within the promised delivery period if applicable.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND REQUESTS

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The Buyer changes their mind after purchasing a design.
  • The Buyer no longer needs the design.
  • The Buyer accidentally purchased the wrong design.
  • The Buyer does not have the necessary software or skills to use the digital design properly.
  • The Buyer has downloaded the file and is requesting a refund for any reason.
  • The Buyer violates any of Bralder’s Terms and Conditions.

4. PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND

To request a refund, Buyers must:

  1. Submit a request within 7 days of purchase by contacting Bralder’s support team at support@bralder.com.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  3. Allow the Seller an opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is granted.

Bralder will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at its sole discretion.

5. SELLER OBLIGATIONS

  • Sellers are required to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the digital designs they list.
  • If a refund is granted due to Seller negligence, Bralder may deduct the refunded amount from the Seller’s account.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Bralder reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
