Licenses: Clear, Simple, and Effective

We offer two types of licenses for the designs available on Bralder: Many Brands and One Buyer. Each license is crafted to suit different needs, whether you want exclusive control over a design or are comfortable sharing it with others. Let’s break down the differences clearly:

1. Many Brands License

The Many Brands license is our standard license. It's ideal if you're looking for quality designs at an affordable price and you're okay with sharing the design with other brands.

  • Non-Exclusive Usage Rights: The Many Brands license allows you to use the design for your brand, but the same design can be purchased by multiple buyers. You won’t be the only one using it, which means other brands might feature the same design in their own products.

  • Commercial Usage: You can use the design for commercial purposes — on your products (clothing, accessories, etc.) and in marketing materials (like social media, ads, and promotional content). It’s perfect if you’re looking to scale your brand with a great design, but don’t need exclusivity.

  • Customizable: You’re free to modify and personalize the design to make it work for your brand. Whether it’s changing the color scheme, adding new elements, or combining it with other assets, the design is yours to adapt.

  • Resale Restrictions: Just like any other license, you cannot resell the raw design file on its own. The design must be used as part of physical products.

  • Lower Price: Since this license allows multiple brands to purchase and use the design, it’s priced at a more affordable rate. It’s a great option for brands that need great designs without the need for exclusivity.

2. One Buyer License

The One Buyer license gives you exclusive rights to the design. This option is for those who want complete ownership of the design and don’t want other brands using it. Once you purchase the One Buyer license, the design is yours and yours alone.

  • Exclusive Usage Rights: With the One Buyer license, the design is 100% exclusive to you. No other brands can purchase or use this design. It’s your unique asset, and no one else will have access to it on Bralder.

  • Commercial Usage: Like the Many Brands license, you have full rights to use the design on your products (like clothing, accessories, and other merchandise) and for marketing purposes (social media, ads, product promotions). The key difference is that this license guarantees exclusivity, so you won’t have to worry about other brands using the same design.

  • Customizable: You can fully customize the design. Whether it’s changing colors, modifying elements, or creating an entirely new version of the design, the design is yours to shape however you want.

  • Resale Restrictions: You cannot resell the raw design file. You can only use the design in physical products and can’t sell the digital design on its own.

  • Higher Price: Because this license guarantees exclusivity, the One Buyer license comes with a premium price. The investment ensures that you’re the only one using that design, making it a unique asset for your brand.
